CHARGES:

Our client was a nurse in her early thirties.  She was charged with FELONY PERJURY and CONSPIRACY. She faced loss of her nursing license and EIGHT YEARS IN PRISON.

CASE OUTCOME:

After convincing the district attorney that they would lose this case at trial, we got our client's entire case DISMISSED.  We then won a motion for factual innocence, ERASING all HISTORY OF THE ARREST from her record.
