CHARGES:

Our clients were a Hispanic couple in their fifties who were charged with FELONY PERJURY for allegedly falsifying years of state subsidy records totaling thousands of dollars.  They each faced up to THREE YEARS IN PRISON.

CASE OUTCOME:

We got the wife's case completely DISMISSED.  The husband pled to a MISDEMEANOR & served NO JAIL TIME.
