CHARGES

Young man arrested by Marina Police and charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury.  He faced a minimum of five years in prison.

CASE OUTCOME

We took the case to a jury trial.  The jury deliberated for about 75 minutes and came back with a verdict of NOT GUILTY!
