CHARGES

Soldier with PTSD from his military service charged driving under combined influence of alcohol and prescription drugs.  He faced a misdemeanor criminal conviction and an end to his military career.

CASE OUTCOME

We were able to get him into treatment.   After successfully completion of a treatment program, all the criminal charges were dismissed and the arrest was removed from his record.  He has been able to advance in his career while volunteering to assist other servicemembers with PTSD.
