CHARGES

Woman arrested by Monterey Police and charged with DUI. Her blood test allegedly showed an alcohol level of 0.28% (three and a half times the legal limit).

CASE OUTCOME

We took the case to a jury trial.  After a three-day trial, the jury found her NOT GUILTY!
