Young man arrested by CHP on Highway 101. Two breath tests at the scene of the arrest showed a blood alcohol level of 0.09%. Two more breath tests at CHP office in King City showed a blood alcohol level of 0.08%.

After a three day jury trial, the jury found him NOT GUILTY!
