In People v. HP, our client, a mother of two, was charged with five felonies, including grand theft, elder abuse, and money laundering.  She faced over a decade in prison.  After a two-year court battle, all five felony charges were dismissed!   Instead, she was granted diversion on a single misdemeanor count.  After she completes diversion, she will not have a criminal conviction of any kind on her record.
